Biography

Frank grew up in Mt. Airy, North Carolina, and graduated from Mt. Airy High School with Honors and was very active in the youth community, including school sports, church activities, and Eagle Scout.

He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with B.S. Degree in Business Administration in 1967. As an undergraduate he was active in Student Government, Student Legislature, Publications Board, and was inducted into the "Order of the Old Well". He attended law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduating from law school in 1971, Frank served as a Law Clerk for Judge Walter E. Brock of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. In 1972, Frank came to Burlington, North Carolina, and joined the firm of Sanders, Holt & Spencer, the predecessor to the current law firm of Holt, Longest, Wall, Blaetz & Moseley, P.L.L.C. He has been annually recognized by the judiciary and his peers with the Martindale-Hubbell AV designation (highest legal ability and ethics) for a period in excess of 25 years. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business formations, business transactions, commercial real estate, land use and rezoning, structuring business entities, business succession, estate planning and administration, and civil litigation/hearings involving such areas of practice. Frank's broad range of clients and general practice areas have included radio stations, automobile dealerships, real estate developers, service businesses, community college, estate administration, and litigation.
